When I saw you three
weeks ago I had a goal of losing two stone and you reckoned that a kilo a week
would be the best way - slowly, but surely! I was very impressed with
the way in which you showed me through what you were going to do before you
actually did it. This certainly reassured me... Having
given up smoking by hypnosis in 1989 I had no qualms that hypnosis would work
for weight loss... don't have to calorie count... don't seem to want to eat
between meals... By the first Sunday I had lost 6 pounds, the second
week 3 pounds and the third week 2.25 pounds. Another 3 pounds and I
will have got rid of a stone! Super!

I have found that with your help I’m facing the
whole problem of weight loss with a really great attitude. I’m looking at the
health foods in the supermarket instead of the cakes and biscuits and I’m
enjoying them! Finding that I’m not at all hungry and feeling really healthy
plus the fact that I am losing weight, looking better and wearing my clothes
well - the first time in over eight years. Yes I do have the odd splurge, just
get back to it the next day! Have got a way to go yet but looking forward to a
new wardrobe this summer!!

Weight Loss Session - April 2014
Hi James,

Just thought I would let you know how I’m getting on and I can assure you
its fantastic. Having no trouble with any of the food issues having my three
meals a day have cut down the size am leaving a portion on my plate. So 100%
success with all of that and also am not hungry and am not craving anything
either.
Also a bonus…
To all of that it is the first time in 6 years that I have slept and not had
any nightmares or dreams and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for that. I
wake up so refreshed and no cotton brain either.
So Thanks again James I’m so pleased with myself and will highly recommend
you to any of my friends. And one has asked if do sleep hypnosis by itself as

Hi,
I have always had a very bad attitude towards food and because of that I have
had a lot of crash diets and binge eat often. After having my second child I am

When I came to see you in April I weighed 87 kg (quite
overweight) my attitude towards food was very bad, with years and years of binge
dieting. I was stuck in a rut and desperately needed to be re programmed.

I must admit that when I attended the seminar I
really did not have much faith in the results. I have tried most weight loss
programmes over the years, which promised amazing results, but all failed long
term, and in the end I put on more weight as a consequence.
The same evening that I attended your seminar, I
sat down to my favourite dinner (roast pork and crackling with apple sauce). To
my amazement I could not take the food from my plate to my mouth, and have not
eaten greasy food, deep fried food, cakes, pastries or chocolate ever since. Nor
might I add that I do not miss this type of food. I certainly eat
less food that I did. I always ate on the run with a busy life
schedule... the last three months I have gone from 78kg to a very
nice 64 kg... I would like to stress that it is not just the weight
loss that is so important to me, but the regaining of my energy levels. I
feel years younger and everyday I get up and exercise and face the day with a
really positive attitude.

After spending my whole adult life dieting,
putting on weight and repeating the whole cycle with yet another diet. I am at
last at peace with myself and my body. I have lost four and half kilos on the
